New 21 day challenge

I am thinking about another 21 day challenge …

Here are my options so far:

  • Drink 1.5 l of Water every day
  • Lern 1 Swedish word every day
  • Call my mum every day ( :-) )

day 15 – 20 – push it

The final count down … once the 50 was broken, it is not hard to do it again. I almost got the 60 at day 16. The surprise is, that my best performances were at 05:00 in the morning. Tomorrow is the last day. And guess what, I will get up at 05:00. So the 60 will be killed tomorrow. Jepppaaaa

Day 20 was after a 7 km run around the Alster in Hamburg.

days 9 – 14 – got the 50

Day 13 was the day. I got the 50 in push-ups. Quite strange, because the day before I was out with a friend and I came home at 3 AM. And when I got um at 11 i made my push-ups and suddenly it felt so easy.

Today it was a bad result. I dont know why, but it seems like the 51 yesterday took all my power :-)

days 5 – 8 – step by step

day 5 – 8 were quite successful. My body doesnt hurt anymore and the results are improving. Surprisingly I did a big step at Monday this week. i had to get up at 05:00 and did my push-ups … and when I did number 44 I was so confused, that I couldnt concentrate anymore.  So again, I think its the daily condition, that you are in. 44 is close to 50 and thats the goal. So lets see what I can do the next days …

Day 3 & 4 – ups and downs

The aching muscles get better. But at Day 3 I didnt feel good when I made the workout. It was hard from the first push-up and I had to force myself. Day 4 was a beauty. I felt good and from the start I had known, that this gonna be a good day … slight improvement, but I think it still depends on the daily condition …
